01Why is there no software price?+
Because a price would imply an admitted product entitlement. Noruct will not sell a runtime or publish an immutable package offer before the release and commercial gates close.
02Is Noruct already a public MIT release?+
No public-license claim is made on this page. A community-core distribution model is under review, but the final license, notices, and release record must ship together.
03Will Noruct resell model usage?+
No. The intended local boundary keeps model-provider choice, credentials, quota, and billing with the operator.
04Does local operation require Shared Evolution?+
No. Shared Evolution is optional by design. A local Company must remain useful without sending its private Company state to a hosted service.
